Dramatic SFB: Colony Raid #1571

After a heated battle, the forces of THE INDOMITABLE WILL OF THE THOLIAN
withdrew from colony 1571.  The Senate and People of Romulus were able to
destroy 2 Tholian destroyers in the battle as well.  I think that this might
be the last encounter for this turn, and perhaps we can move on to the next
turn.  Kudos to Lars for a fun battle, and for showing me the evil that is
the web caster!
