Dramatic SFB: Sector 1204 update

IKV Rabbleslayer and escort report a hard-fought success in Sector 1204!
After destroying the EFF Repulse, two ground bases, and damaging two more
ground bases, the carrier group reports it is withdrawing from the sector
with its mission complete, and laying a course for the nearest fleet repair
dockyard.

None of the prized EFF 'scotch' was recovered. This failure will hopefully
be offset by the commodore's victory.

The OFS is ready to advance.
