Heya gents. I clarified CO points a little in the rules. Basically put, you can buy from Annex #6 but not from Annex #6A. Except that Jindos and Tholians can buy Asteroids, Tholians can buy Web Anchor Bouys, Romulans can buy Cloaked Decoys, and the Federation can buy SWACs. --Matt
