Dramatic SFB: Klingon Empire,

To the Klingon Empire,

The KGB has determined that the canisters left in sector 394 are property
of the state. You will immediately disengage from the sector or suffer the
consequences!

In sector 395 KGB forces have discovered contraband on those freighters and
they have been seized.  We will allow the escorts to evacuate the
area....this time. If this becomes a recurring problem sanctions will have
to be taken.

On the flea bitten dog fron I will concede those two battles.

I expect the canisters will be a great battle.  I  look forward to
scheduling it. I don't expect he will fight the convoy raid though.
