Which is why weapon status or negotiations need to be resolved. If the Gorn
weapon status is 2 or 3. The docked which of the two is likely destroyed.
The other ship can and will be allowed to escape.

The scenario conditions do not allow for retreats to auto succeed.  The
docked ship doesn't have enough speed to escape by acceleration.  Sub-light
is possible but not automatic.
