Dramatic SFB: ISC player

There was at least a weeks worth of discussion about your fleet which I
guess you missed somehow. The result was your fleet had the DN and one of
the other CA's not present to not violate the ISC PPD rules and DN escort
rules I am not sure how you missed it. I mentioned many times I was
pressing the fight hell I was thinking of pressing it a bit just to cripple
a ship if possible. It's not often you fight against stationary targets. I
didn't have your direct e-mail so I tried to reach out via sfbdramatic
list.

90% of the scenario's its a given if a ship wanted to leave there is
nothing other players can do to stop them. Technically you could play it
out in every battle but its very hard to stop ships escaping via
acceleration. There are a few where the retreat is strictly not allowed at
all till the objective has been destroyed and all of those should be fought
although there is nothing stopping the attacker from leaving.

in order to determine how many of your ships is docked is
FRD has 36 docking points each CA takes 10 dock points.
leaving 16 for any additional ships you would have brought which means both
ships start docked to the FRD at the beginning of the scenario
** thiis is correct??? **

FRD scenario is pretty brutal for the defender at least 1 or more of their
ships they brought is docked to the FRD and the rest are going at a very
slow speed. It is nearly impossible to stop the attackers from pressing for
a fight. *FRD:* The defender cannot disengage unless the FRD has been
destroyed.

Which is why rolling weapon status for the attacker is absolutely required
as a roll of WS 1 or 0.
----------------------------------------------------

IF you want to retreat my offer is to mark one of your CA's as destroyed
(likely the docked ship) and the other can escape with no damage. We don't
have to fight the scenario then.
