Dramatic SFB: TF 34 RTA

Due to the Romulan commander having a birthday party and the science
officer being extremely intoxicated they stumbled upon a TF 34 Convoy
totally unprepared.

After the escorts forced them to dive the Freighters withdrew.

All is well.
