Refugee Flight #3629: The Ice Breather’s ship, Pokey, was able to chase down the refugee ship heading to Fed space and apprehend the Fed spies. This allowed the Ice Breathers to set up new trade routes with the Feds without them being aware of the Ice Breather’s ulterior motives…

Banshees #3630: The ships Techasaurus and Giddy were able to defend the Ice Breather’s base against the space Banshees without Fed interference.
Probe Recovery #3631: The Ice Breathers were previously informed that the probes did not contain any ganja, so they failed to see the need to send any ships.

Interstellar Concordium
Evacuate Observatory #3641: The Ice Breathers got word that an ISC observatory was in distress. They sent a care package of Ganja and figured that would be enough.
Probe Recovery #3642: Having heard that these probes DO contain ganja, the Ice Breathers sent one of their best ships to collect them. A good time as had by all, maan!
Colony Raid #3643: The Ice Breathers sent a strong, not the strongest, but a strong fleet to protect their colony on Rigel 3 because they had intercepts that the ISC was sending a raiding party. Sure enough, a huge raiding party showed up to destroy the colony. Realizing their ships were no match, the fleet retreated as the colony was destroyed by the ISC Dreadnaught fleet. This act of total aggression could not go without a response. The Ice Breathers took the action of closing down trade with the ISC, reducing their boarder exposure, and are given no choice but to declare war on this aggressive neighbor. Maybe they just need to chill out and have a good smoke?

Astral Empire (Romulan)
Colony Raid #3655: Adopting an attitude of ‘live and let live’, the Ice Breathers decided not to raid an Astral Empire boarder colony, despite hearing that it would be easy pickings.
Dragon Attack #3656: The Gozer responded to distress calls saying that there were several space dragons in the area. The captain thought, “Cool…” and removed the problems. The Ice Breathers are appreciative that, although they didn’t help, the Astral Empire did not interfere with this action.
Planetary Bombardment #3657: The Ice Breathers received news that they could successfully destroy the Astral Empire’s bases in a given sector, but decided it would be too much effort and decided to let this one go.

Empire Name (Paravian)
Probe Recovery #3658: Despite the Paravian Empire’s rather generic name, the Ice Breathers decided not to pursue the probes in the Paravian’s sector because… you guessed it, there is no ganja in the probes.
