Dramatic SFB: Late War

 I see the Late War is up on the server, I will have to get an Empire name for the Kzinti (perhaps, Baron One Fang).Now, do I build a CVS battle group plus a scout, or squadrons of destroyers, frigates, and POLs with the games starting BPV.
