Dramatic SFB: WoA

I think the answer is we need to start a new game. And...we need some
adjustment to the rules. To make combat more required or at least make
there be some penalty for sending ships and just running away if you are
not severely outgunned. Its one thing to have half his BPV. Its another to
face...50 to 100 point difference and just run.

Anyway. Just need some modifications and this should make the game better.
Maybe even make it where you cannot have more than 1 or two treaties. Based
on simple reality. Obviously this would require the honor system. But
realistically...if we always see no fights. And each side always gets their
defend sites. Well that says something. We are ending up with just building
bigger and bigger fleets that never get to fight. Pretty much a waste at
this point since even with a monster fleet. If you are 100 points down the
fight ends before it begins.
