In the Mad Galactic War Campaign Ben Sh. the Gorn finds himself needing a
Battle Captian to take his Gorn BCH with Two PFs and a tug against the
Roluman fleet with a FH-Ksab, and two SKAsab in the Organian Treaty
Scenario. Tugs are non combat varieties.

Year is 182. So We have Sabot Torps.
