Dramatic SFB: War of Attrition Facepalm

Hey folks. Sorry about that turn.

Instead of advancing past the orders, I advanced the turn itself.

The most likely effects are that scenario rewards were not counted 
(everything probably was dropped as un-assigned), and we get to start 
the turn over again with slightly higher EP stockpiles.


At the very least, the game didn't blow up. So this is only a minor setback.
