Dramatic SFB: ESG

 Greetings,
The scenario #564 Convoy Raid vs the Kzinti got to about half way through turn 1. The Lyrans have an ESG that is finished from drone damage, I am having difficulty trying to drop the ESG in game (I have tried the ESG radius adjustment/cancel/remove, and not working for me). I have done it before just not working for me, can some one please tell me how to do it in game.
