"The border is thin ..."         was the theme of a message sent to the commander of the D5 "Best cooked at 165" from the lead Border officer of board the Hydran Mobile Base ...and along with it a 12 page essay on the ever-ending conflicts and relationships between there races.After reading the essay, and looking over his charts, economical and political,  Grand Lord B'eCDavi'd of the "Best Cooked at 165" ran his Fleet forward tword the MB, clicked his Sabers, and disengaged.Leaving the Border and a Violent relationship with the Hydran Hawkmen intact. .....hours later it was noted that there were several empty toiler paper tubes discovered drifting in the area. Its unknown if the events are connected
